Het Malieveld is Nederlands beroemdste grasveld. Met zo’n 70.000m2 biedt de groene vlakte in Den Haag normaliter ruimschoots baan aan grote hoeveelheden demonstranten. Het veld ligt op steenworp afstand van het Binnenhof en is daarmee dé go-to protestlocatie van Nederland, en wordt door de autoriteiten bovendien ook als dien erkent. MalieveldGras® is een product ontwikkeld door kunstenaar Willem de Haan en wordt uitgegeven door de Protest Supplies Store. De unieke grasmix is een combinatie van door Staatsbosbeheer gebruikte graszaden voor het Malieveld, gemixt met door Willem de Haan zelf gecultiveerde en met hand geoogste zaden afkomstig uit een uitgestoken stuk Malieveld. Gebruik
In het zakje van 30 gram zit genoeg graszaad om 1.5 M2 Malieveld te zaaien. Het graszaad kunt u het hele jaar door zaaien, maar kiemt het beste bij zo'n 12 graden Celsius. Het zaad is geschikt voor gebruik op een tal van ondergronden, en zal in een zeer stevig, vol en comfortable grasveld transformeren, ideaal voor protest. Leg het bijvoorbeeld aan in uw voor- of achtertuin, op het balkon of zelfs in het park. Bij MalieveldGras® ontvangt u een uitgebreide gebruikshandleiding en productfolder.

The Malieveld is the most famous lawn in the Netherlands. With about 70,000 m2, the green plain in The Hague normally offers ample space for large numbers of demonstrators. The field is a stone's throw from 'The Binnenhof' - the home of the Dutch government - and is therefore the go-to protest location in the Netherlands, and is also recognised as such. Unfortunately, thanks to the 2020 Corona crisis, protesting on the Malieveld was rendered nearly impossible. The Protest Supplies Store now offers you the solution: MalieveldGras®. Seeds cultivated from the real Malieveld. You can now grow your own piece of Malieveld at home. This way you can protest in your garden, balcony or even in your local park. MalieveldGras® is a product developed by artist Willem de Haan and published by the Protest Supplies Store. The unique grass mix is a combination of grass seeds used by Staatsbosbeheer for the Malieveld, mixed with seeds cultivated by Willem de Haan himself and harvested by hand from a cut-out piece of Malieveld. Usage
The 30 gram bag contains enough grass seed to sow 1.5 M2 Malieveld. You can sow the grass seed all year round, but it will germinate best at about 12 degrees Celsius. The seeds are suitable for use on a variety of surfaces and will transform into a very firm, full and comfortable lawn, ideal for protesting. For example, install it in your front or back garden, on the balcony or even in the park. When purchasing MalieveldGras® you will receive an extensive user manual and product folder (both in Dutch).
